1. Who is responsible for your data
Kwikido is a pre-launch services marketplace for Dubai, United Arab Emirates, currently operated by its founder in a personal capacity while the operating company is being incorporated. Until incorporation, the founder is the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy and can be reached at support@kwikido.com. Upon incorporation, responsibility passes to the incorporated entity and this policy will be updated to name it.
2. What we collect
During the pre-launch phase we collect information only when you choose to give it to us:
Provider applications. When a service company applies to join Kwikido, we collect the company name, contact person, WhatsApp number, email address, the services offered with their prices and any discounts, the areas covered in Dubai, the trade licence number, and the documents attached to the application (trade licence, bank IBAN letter, and company logo).
Preferences stored on your device. The website stores your language choice, and any details you type into forms before sending them, in your own browser's storage. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you submit a form.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website, we do not set tracking cookies, and we do not collect payment or card details during the pre-launch phase.
3. How we use your information
We use application information to: (a) review and verify Provider applications; (b) contact applicants by email about their application and about the launch; (c) prepare approved Providers' services, prices, and coverage so they are live on the Platform at launch; and (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for third-party advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
4. Where your information is stored
The website is hosted, and form submissions including attached documents are received and stored, on the infrastructure of our website hosting provider, acting as a processor on our behalf. Access to submissions is limited to the founder and to persons directly involved in reviewing applications.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with: (a) the hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the website and receive form submissions on our behalf; and (b) public authorities where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.
6. How long we keep it
Application data is kept while the application is under review and, if accepted, for as long as the Provider remains registered with the Platform. If an application is declined or withdrawn, or if you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within thirty (30) days unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any such request to support@kwikido.com from the email address used in your application, and we will respond within a reasonable period and in any event within thirty (30) days.
8. Security
The website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to stored submissions is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle.
9. Children
The Platform is intended for businesses and for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, including when the operating company is incorporated and when booking and payment features launch. The current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page, and material changes will be notified to registered applicants by email or WhatsApp.
